How are you…really? An honest answer might be, “Worse than a few, better than most.” The “better than most” aspect is what I want to encourage in people. Sometimes just taking the time to reflect on what we have and are grateful for, can change a person’s mood, their perspective and even change someone’s life. Providing super cool apparel and products to remind us on a daily basis to give thanks for what we have is my simple goal.

Gratitude has one of the strongest links to mental health and satisfaction with life of any personality trait - more than optimism, hope or compassion. Studies have shown that grateful people experience higher levels of positive emotions such as joy, enthusiasm, love and happiness. Gratitude, as a discipline, has also shown to protect us from the destructive impulses of envy, resentment, greed and bitterness. People who experience gratitude can cope more effectively with everyday stress, show increased resilience in the face of trauma-induced stress, recover more quickly from illness and enjoy more robust physical health.
